BMO SOFTWARE provides services based on client requirements, approved proposals or quotations, and written agreements or email confirmations.

Any work requested outside the agreed scope will require revised timelines and may involve additional charges.

3. Project Engagement & Communication

• All project-related communication must be conducted via email or approved communication channels
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements and timely feedback
• Delays caused by the client may impact project delivery timelines

4. Payments & Billing

• All services require advance or milestone-based payments
• Payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice
• Delayed payments may result in project suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing

5. Intellectual Property Rights

a) Client Content

• Clients retain ownership of content provided by them
• Clients confirm they have legal rights to use such content

b) Developed Work

Ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client only after full payment is received. BMO SOFTWARE retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

c) Third-Party Tools

Third-party software, plugins, themes, and licenses are governed by their respective terms and conditions.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business information, project data, trade secrets, and confidential materials.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed without prior consent, except where required by law.

7. Revisions & Approvals

• Revisions are limited to those specified in the project agreement
• Client approval confirms acceptance of deliverables
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges

8. Digital Marketing Disclaimer

BMO SOFTWARE does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or sales. Marketing outcomes depend on market conditions, competition, and third-party platforms.

Paid advertising budgets are separate from service fees and are non-refundable.

9. Website & Software Maintenance

Unless explicitly included in writing, maintenance and support services are not part of the initial project. Ongoing maintenance requires a separate agreement.

10. Termination of Services

BMO SOFTWARE reserves the right to terminate services if:

• Payment obligations are not met
• These Terms and Conditions are violated
• Unethical or illegal activities are identified

Clients may terminate services by providing written notice. Payments made are non-refundable for work already completed.

11. Limitation of Liability

BMO SOFTWARE shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, revenue, or business, or failures caused by third-party services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, government actions, internet or power outages, or third-party service interruptions.

13. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website or services may contain third-party links. BMO SOFTWARE is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
