By engaging our services, you agree to the terms stated in this Refund Policy.


1. General Refund Policy

BMO SOFTWARE follows a transparent and fair refund policy. Since most of our services involve customized work, time, and resources, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

Refunds are considered only if:

  • A written request is submitted within the applicable time frame

  • The project meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in this policy


2. Advance Payments & Project Initiation

  • All projects require an advance payment before work begins.

  • Advance payments are non-refundable, as they are used for project planning, research, resource allocation, and initial development work.


3. Web Designing & Web Development Services

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The project has not yet started, and

  • The refund request is made within 48 hours of payment

No refunds will be provided if:

  • Design mockups or development work has started

  • Client-approved designs or revisions have been delivered

  • Delays occur due to lack of client feedback or content


4. E-Commerce Website Development

Due to the complexity and customization involved:

  • No refunds are provided once development has begun

  • Third-party costs (themes, plugins, hosting, payment gateways) are non-refundable

Refunds will not apply for:

  • Change of business plans

  • Feature changes requested after project approval


5. Software Development & CRM Software

Software and CRM solutions are custom-built as per client requirements.

  • Payments made for software development are non-refundable once the project is initiated

  • Milestone-based payments already completed are non-refundable

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction caused by changes in requirements after approval


6. Mobile Application Development

  • No refunds will be provided once app design or development work has started

  • App store fees, third-party APIs, licenses, and tools are non-refundable

  • Delays caused by app store approvals or third-party services do not qualify for refunds


7. Digital Marketing Services

Digital marketing services include SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, and other promotional activities.

  • No refunds are provided once a marketing campaign has started

  • Refunds are not guaranteed for lack of leads, sales, or rankings, as results depend on multiple external factors

  • Ad spend paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is non-refundable


8. Delays & Client Responsibilities

Refunds will not be issued if delays occur due to:

  • Late content delivery

  • Delayed approvals or feedback

  • Changes in project scope

  • Non-communication from the client


9. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel a project by submitting a written cancellation request

  • Payment for completed milestones must be cleared

  • Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed and not refundable


10. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  • Applicable transaction or processing fees may be deducted


11. Force Majeure

BMO SOFTWARE is not liable for refunds in cases of:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government regulations

  • Internet or hosting failures

  • Third-party service outages


12. Changes to This Refund Policy
